College Avenue Friends Church, an Iowa Yearly Meeting congregation in Oskaloosa, Iowa is seeking a permanent Equipping Pastor to coordinate church administration and equip people for ministry inside and outside the church. Key areas: preaching team leadership, worship planning, pastoral care/visitation, outreach (including engagement with William Penn University), and organizational leadership alongside Ministry & Counsel. Humble, collaborative servant‑leader preferred; ministry degree and 3+ years pastoral experience helpful but not required; alignment with Friends faith and practice expected.  Send resume and cover letter to jobs@cafchurch.org.
